| Preparation
Instructions |

| For
Quesadillas: |
| 1. |
In a bowl
combine cheese, chicken and sauce.
Mix thoroughly. |
| 2. |
Spread mixture
evenly onto browned side of flat
bread. |
| 3. |
Place second
flat bread on top of mixture browned
side face down. |
| 4. |
Microwave
on high for 1 minute 30 seconds.
On a panini grill cook on medium
to high for 3 minutes. Bake in a
conventional oven or toaster oven
at 375 degrees for approximately
6-8 minutes. |

Wraps: |
| 1. |
In a bowl
combine cheese, chicken and sauce.
Mix thoroughly. |
| 2. |
Spread mixture
evenly onto browned side of flat
bread towards one side of the bread. |
| 3. |
Roll flat
bread over ingredients and continue
to roll until completely wrapped. |
| 4. |
Microwave
on high for 30 seconds. On a panini
grill cook on medium to high for
3 minutes. Bake in a conventional
oven or toaster oven at 375 degrees
for approximately 6-8 minutes. |

combine cheese, chicken and sauce.
Mix thoroughly. |
